This might be the greatest video we’ve ever seen! Maroon 5 pulled out all the stops for their “Don’t Wanna Know” music video and it’s a combination of pop culture, comedy and pure entertainment. The band is dressed up in costumes that look like Pokemon Go figures. They broke off a piece of the hit game and brought it to life. Fans chase them around with their phones, seemingly looking to catch them, just like in the game! Basically, the video depicts the band living it up and partying, while performing for sold out crowds. However, Adam plays a down and out, one woman man, who is just trying to live a “normal” life. Oh, and he loves to drink his sorrows away.
The insane video has hilarious cameos from comedian,
Sarah Silverman, 45, The Hangover‘s,
Ed Helms, 42, and Wedding Crashers’
Vince Vaughn, 46, and get this, they’re even dressed up too! One of the best parts is when Sarah appears out of no where by a tree (LOL) as
Adam Levine‘s, 37, love interest! While fans chase him around, he’s got his eye on one thing — Sarah. She’s even the background on his phone.
All of the band members end up at a house party that we’re assuming they’re throwing. The guys are swamped with gorgeous women, but Adam is all alone. As if that would really happen! But, where could Sarah be? Well, he wakes up in bed next to two stunning, half-naked women, but he has no interest. He looks everywhere for her, but she’s nowhere in sight. So, he drinks his relationship woes away.

Adam eventually escapes to what looks like a bar, where he meets up with Vince. They have a serious and hysterical conversation about how they’re always running from fans. They seem to take a stance against the chaos, until they hear crazed fans. That’s when Vince and Adam run out of the empty place and continue to fight off the pressures of fame.
All in all, we LOVED the video! The only person we noticeably didn’t see was
Kendrick Lamar, 29. The rapper is featured on the track, but not in the video. We were surprised about the funny angle of the visual and Vince’s cameo, until we learned it was directed by the genius behind Wedding Crashers,
David Dobkin. Maroon 5, who is currently on a North American headline tour, is set to perform “Don’t Wanna Know” for the first time ever on The Ellen DeGeneres Show November 3!
